Anna Halaburda is co-founder of Triumph Business Services LLC (2011), and founder of Be Ready Inc. (2016) with offices in Denver Colorado and Boca Raton, Florida. Prior experiences include working for local and regional CPA firms, building her own CPA practices in Florida, advisory work in Panama City, Panama and other business advisory services.
Triumph Business Services LLC, headquartered in Denver CO., mirrors a traditional CPA firm that specializes in business consulting, tax and accounting services. In early 2024, Triumph opened up its’ first offshore bookkeeping service in Guadalajara, Mexico

Be Ready Inc. specializes in business exit planning, profitability and value growth consulting and transaction support services. Be Ready works with exit planning and non-exit planning professionals to assist their business owner clients in understanding, planning, and executing strategies that will enhance their business’ value and prepare the business for an eventual transfer.
With four decades of experience in both the public and private sectors in accounting, business consulting in numerous industries and both national and international experience, Anna’s approach is insightful and well considered. Now, more than ever, a multidimensional approach to advising business owners and their professional advisors is necessary. For a business owner, a business plan is incomplete without at least a rudimentary personal financial plan since the business is usually the owner’s largest asset. BeReady operates where finances and life intersect.
Anna is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and specialized business trainings. Most recently, in May 2022, Anna presented at the Growth Drive Specialist Certification Workshop as well as the International Exit Planning Association spring conference, Beyond the Exit Plan. Anna has presented topics ranging from “Collaborative Sabotage” which discusses better collaborative behavior and reasons why other advisors may want the process to fail to specific advanced exit planning strategies and engagement implementation guidelines. In 2023 Anna presented at the NACVA conference in Utah, completed several interviews for Kaplan Edu. for their online CPE platform as well as presented at the IEPA® conference in Boston, MA.
In addition to her business activities, she also supports her communities and has served on various non-profit boards including the Board of Directors of Swallow Hill Music Association, Law School, Yes We Can! and served on the school board for Ricardo Flores Magon Academy, a Colorado Charter School. Anna recently joined the Board of Directors of Community Athletic Soccer Academy Inc (CASA) and serves as the new treasurer for the 2024-2025 board member term. In addition to her community services, Anna has recently served as a CFP Board Volunteer, SME (subject matter expert) for test development services with Prometric.
As a lifelong learner and teacher, Anna achieved her Certified Financial Planner designation in 1986 and was immediately recruited to teach the Tax section of the CFP® training as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

From an early age, Anna found great satisfaction and interest in music. While living outside of Nashville Tennessee in the early 60’s, Anna bought her first guitar, a used Stella for $5.00, and fell in love with the freedom of expression and infinite possibilities of that instrument. Not naturally gifted, she found that steady practicing and experimenting was more entertainment than work. She used that determination and supplemented her income while earning her way through college and picked up extra pocket money during her early years. She once traded teaching her landlord a song for a month’s rent at a boarding house in New Jersey before setting off to hike the Appalachian Trail in the early 1970’s. In 2019, Anna released her first CD with friend and harmonica virtuoso, Clay Kirkland and has a second CD in the works.
